The successful applicant will: 1) design, develop, test and implement enhancements to Realty DataTrust’s online leasing services and solutions, 2) develop and implement upgrades to internal support systems and 3) assist in maintaining RDT’s applications and user interfaces. The scope of responsibility will include database modification (not architecture), web interface design/creation and backend functionally development. Participation in product/enhancement specification creation, writing and management may be required.
Desired Skills/Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree
* 3 year experience using .NET or Java
* 1 year experience using ASP.NET or other web programming language
* 1 year experience using JavaScript
* 2 years experience writing SQL procedures with TSQL or PSQL
* Experience parsing XML
* Working knowledge of MS Enterprise Manager or MS SQL Server Management Studio
* Working knowledge of Visual Studio 2003 or 2005
* Ability/desire to take ownership of projects
* Ability to produce quality, efficient code and meet deadlines
* Beneficial skills – AJAX, Classic ASP/VB6, CSS, COM+
Position Type: Full-time, salaried position.
