Publish web site asks for Frontpage extensions to be installed on remote server

I have converted a site that was done in the 1.1 Framework to the 2.0 framework and now want to publish the site using the 'Publish Web Site' function.

I can't publish because it says that Frontpage Extensions haven't been installed on the server for the remote site.

Does anyone know what makes it still think I need this?

You can get around this by using FTP to connect to the server or by installing FrontPage server extensions.
