We’re looking for a Data Warehouse Architect to develop and implement data warehouse strategies and solutions from the ground up. In this key technical role, you will have end-to-end responsibility for the data warehouse, as well as provide mentorship to the development team. The Data Warehouse Architect must also have the ability to analyze, develop and implement reporting strategies and systems that align with LeapLab Group’s business goals.
Our ideal candidate:
· 2+ years hands-on experience as an Enterprise Data Warehouse Developer/Architect.
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
· Architectural Design of Data Warehousing Solutions with solid Dimensional Modeling and ER skillset.
· Development and Implementation of Data Warehouse Solutions, including ETL and data cleansing.
· Work with the Analyst to gather and document business requirements and to develop reporting solutions.
· Strong Database Performance Tuning and Optimization experience.
· Develop test plans and assist with testing validation to ensure data accuracy.
· Strong knowledge of systems life cycle methodology.
· Expertise with MS SQL required. Familiarity with SQL Server 2005 for Data Warehousing or open source solutions, such as Pentaho, a plus.
· Excellent project management and leadership skills.
