Solutions Architect
Ensynch is a fast-growing IT consulting firm based out of
Tempe, AZ with new offices in Southern California. We have international

Ensynch is looking for a Senior level SharePoint Architect
to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for designing and
implementing SharePoint solutions for Ensynch’s customers on both new and
existing projects. In addition, he or she will be responsible for the
development of custom SharePoint portal solutions for entire organizations. This
position blends a unique skill set of technical know-how along with excellent
customer skills.
The qualified candidate must be self-motivated and possess
good communication and organizational skills in addition to the following
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrated hands-on
experience designing, installing and developing complete SharePoint solutions
- Experience creating workflows, web part
development, and using MS Office SharePoint Designer
- Writing appropriate and accurate documentation
for deliverables of projects, engagements, white papers, and marketing material
- Experience with a wide range of Microsoft environments
including IIS, Server 2k and 2k3.
- Familiar with .NET Framework, SQL, and AD
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with
ambiguous or incomplete information.
- Knowledge of web design and Object-Oriented
Programming (OOP) are desired
