Project: Infrastructure Development
Duties:
Work closely with technical architects to design and implement SharePoint 2007. Participate in providing infrastructure vision and SharePoint support on an enterprise level. Proactively assist in defining SharePoint direction through governance committees and user groups meetings. Provide knowledge transfer of developed technologies to client and support groups. Will work the full project life cycle from gathering user requirements to design and implementation
Mandatory Skills Summary
This position is more of a Development Role. So candidate must have the Sharepoint Dev. Exp.
Knowledge of Sharepoint Administrative Duties.
5-7 years of IT experience supporting Windows server infrastructures.
6-9 months experience with MOSS 2007
Experience with WSS 2.0 or SPS2003.
.Net Development experience
The analyst must have a thorough understanding of and experience with SharePoint building blocks such as site collections, sites, web applications, lists, views, and libraries.
Must have a thorough understanding and experience with MOSS 2007 security model.
Must have a solid understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and AD Security.
Must have an understanding of XML. Knowledge of document management principles and experience in supporting DM systems is a plus.
Must have the ability to analyze requirements and functional design specifications, write technical design specifications, and construct and test application programs
