Systems Analyst Job Description
Knox Company currently has an opening for a Systems Analyst. We are located at 16th Ave and Deer Valley Road. This is a full time position with incredible benefits.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and installing to support an organization’s application systems. Consults with end users and others to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives.
- Develop documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, and revisions. Writes training manuals for end users to describe installation and operating procedures. Trains end users on system functionality and conducts recurring training on new system modification or business process.
- Assists end users with utilization of Microsoft Dynamics AX 4.0 application, focusing on the modules and functionality associated with front-end operations, including sales, sales support, telemarketing, marketing, customer service, order entry and processing, administration, and related customizations/modifications.
- Provide enterprise software and end users support and training services; creates requested reports utilizing various information systems applications. Performs related functions as needed.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems or related area
- 5 + years experience in field or related area

- Microsoft Dynamics AX 4.0, SQL Server 2005, SQL Server Reporting Services, Macola ERP, Goldmine CRM, Crystal Reports
- C++, Visual Basic, Visual C, X++, .NET Framework
